Come paint small dishes with us! Trinket dish, spoon rest, teabag holder, the possibilities are endless. Amazing underglaze artist Emma Mayer with teach you a variety of techniques of how to paint with underglaze on bisque ware dishes. Each registration gets five premade handcrafted dishes. Sign up as a family and paint one or two each, or sign up each person and paint them all yourself. Depending on how many people will help you with the 4 dishes and how detailed you want to go you may be done in under an hour, or feel free to stay the full 2 hours to paint your masterpieces. Our Visual Arts Studio is nice a spacious but if your group will be more than 2 people working on one set of dishes please let us know so we can make sure there is enough table space and chairs.
This can be a great gift for Mom, bring Mom and paint together or create your unique pieces and surprise her with a gift.
This workshop is for families and adults alike, there is lots of space in our Visual Arts Studio for each registered group to have their own table.
Pieces will be glazed in clear and fired in our kilns ready to pick up by Thursday.
