Join the rhythm and excitement at our brand-new arts group in the Arts Sandbox – the Intergenerational Drumming Circle! 🎶

Get ready to make some noise and feel the beat as we come together to create rhythms, share sounds, and explore the joy of drumming. Whether you're shaking, tapping, or drumming on various instruments like drums, shakers, and more, this event is about having fun and connecting with others through music. Our expert facilitators will be there to guide you every step of the way on this rhythmic adventure, helping you find your own groove and shake off the stress of the day!

We're excited to welcome youth (approx. 16-25) and adults (55+) to come together and drum it out! The magic of intergenerational drumming brings so many benefits. When different generations share the circle, everyone has something unique to offer, and there’s so much to learn from one another. Plus, drumming isn’t just fun – it's fantastic for both mental and physical health. It boosts brain function, lifts your mood, encourages social interaction, and gives your body a great workout!

This extraordinary experience is free, thanks to the generous support of the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation Healthy Communities Grant. But don’t wait – spots will fill up fast!
