City of Surrey and City of White Rock Leisure Access Pass (LAP) holders automatically qualify. Others may qualify on a case-by-case basis. Registrants will receive a follow-up phone call to confirm qualification and to answer any questions. 

This class is offered in partnership with Crescent Housing Society with grant funding from the Government of Canada's New Horizons for Seniors Program to help reduce financial barriers to participation.

Registration is limited to one class per person per year to allow as many community members as possible to benefit.
